Power Of Endurance

Series: 2 timothy Topic: Power of Endurance Scripture: 2 Timothy 2:10-13, 2 Timothy 4:10, Acts 15:36-38, Jeremiah 11:21, Jeremiah 12:5

Since we are mere flesh and blood and we are reminded in Isaiah 40:31 that even the young get weary; it is evident Timothy got weary in the ministry, all of us do that serve.  We turn to Paul's advice to Timothy that it is a battle that we face of endurance that gets easily lost in the challenges of ministry.  Paul instead of consoling Timothy challenges him and speaks of God as being the mighty and the one to turn to.  We must remember our great salvation, know the Word of God is not bound, that we work with people and those who need to be saved, and we are bound to Christ both now and forevermore.  God is faithful and we carry on in His power.
