FIGHT THE GOOD FIGHT
The old song writer Isaac Watts in his classic hymn Am I A Soldier Of The Cross said, "must I be carried to the skies on flowery beds of ease, while others fought to win the prize.." The old hymn reminds us that Christians face unending battles during our journey here on Earth. As we conclude this difficult year with unprecedented sickness and death along with all the other challenges that we have faced, we are reminded that we are called to enter the fray. We are in a battle for the souls of people, the honor of God and His glory and for eternal issues that are worthy for us to get a grip on.
