It is not manipulation to want to get someone saved by using our testimony and the Word of God. Paul in Acts 26 has a crowd and testifies to the people of his strict Jewish background and his intense anger and hatred toward Christians. Paul then told Agrippa and the crowd that his belief is solely in the Old Testament scriptures that had been promised of a Messiah and a resurrection. Agrippa told Paul that he would not be convinced in such a short time. Paul wished that they would be free in Christ by being saved and yet not have his chains. The verdict continued to be Paul's innocence.
