Paul's Escape From Assassins
Series: ACTS Topic: God's Providence Scripture: Acts 23:25– 24:9
God in His Providence saw fit to glorify Himself by caring for Paul in a way that was not miraculous, but had the hand of God in it in a very obvious way. Paul was under a plot by Jewish assassins and escaped by God's work. Under the darkness of night Paul was taken away and eventually made it to the governor Felix. The Jewish leaders were not content to rid themselves of Paul, but wanted his life. They sent a shifty lawyer, orator to bring prosecution against Paul by claiming to the Romans he was a rebel, a dangerous heretic and an evil blasphemer
