Finding Comfort In The Rapture

We all want to know what will happen to our loved ones and we certainly desire good things for them including peace and a heavenly home. The church at Thessalonica was concerned with loved ones that knew the Lord and had died. Paul explained to them that those in Christ will be taken up to meet the Lord in the air before those still alive. This is a classic passage on a pretribulational, premillennial Rapture. The comfort is to know that the Lord has plans of resurrecting His people to eternal life.
