Transformation & Sanctification

December 22, 2020 Pastor: Eric Cuenin Series: Colossians

Transformation & Sanctification

Many Christians are under the erroneous assumption that salvation just means that I get a trip to heaven forevermore.  The Bible makes it clear that we belong to Christ and are united with Him so that we are to live transformed and sanctified lives while we are here.  This means our lives are changed by the Spirit who indwells us.  We are to live a life characterized by holiness and separation that is Christ-like.  Paul lists some characterizations of a changed and Christ-like life that helps the reader see what a godly life looks like.

Primary Scripture: Colossians 3:12-15
