Why We Value The Saints

Paul writes this letter to the church at Colosse with a tender and loving spirit.  He immediately commends them as brothers in Christ that are faithful, loving and transformed by the Word of God.  This reminds us again that there is a real blessing in the fellowship of God's people and the local church.  Paul rejoiced in their salvation, he persistently prayed for these people, he made it a point to give thanks to God for them and finally there is a blessing in serving the Lord together.
