It is generally inevitable that many who profess Christ will wrestle with concerns over if they are secure in Christ. They worry if they are really saved or if they will lose their salvation. Psalm 19 reminds us that the Word of God in infallible and sufficient to believe that we can rely on it for what it says about our salvation and assurance of it. We do not base our salvation on feelings or our emotions that can lead us astray. Sin also presents a problem for the one who professes Christ as it may cause us to struggle with if were ever saved. We are reminded that we have been saved to the uttermost and that the Lord promises His children that He will never let us go.
