The celebratin of the Incarnation reminds us that God has not only provided a Savior for mankind, but that ever since the Fall of mankind into sin, God had promised a Savior, revealed man's need for a Savior and pointed His people, and the rest of mankind, towards the Savior he would provide, in His Son Jesus Christ.
