Spiritual Weightlifting
Synopsis: Someone once said "the greatest exercise is reaching down and picking someone up" seems to be loaded with the truth of Galatians 6. We certainly are to follow the Law of Christ by loving our neighbor as ourselves. We are reminded in this passage to help others when sin has overtaken them and they can't carry the heavy load. We are not to think ourselves incapable of being tempted or to think that we never carry a load of our own. We are to remind ourselves that our spiritual strength is often puny, but we have a God to carry us through. Our aim is to build up our brother so that he can handle his own load and maybe help someone else.
