SEEING THE INVISIBLE

May 31, 2020 Pastor: Eric Cuenin Series: faith

Topic: Faith Passage: Romans 1:16-20, Hebrews 11:1-15, John 14:1-6, Psalm 19:1

Seeing The Invisible

There is much that is invisible to us as humans but we know that it is there.  We know the wind is there by the results.  Even this coronavirus can't be seen by the natural use of our eyes, but we know that it is there through scientific methods and the wake it has left behind.  We wear masks and wash our hands hoping to avoid this seemingly invisible intruder.  Because God is Spirit and is invisible to us there are many who refuse to believe in His existence.  Also, because we cannot see heaven we also find many people refuse to acknowledge that there is such a place.  The Bible reminds us that the invisible becomes visible to those people that believe.  Faith in Christ and His truth are key to seeing the visible that will someday be obvious.

Primary Scripture: Romans 1:16-20; Hebrews 11
