The Bible reminds us that the Lord is worthy of our worship. An important part of our worship is that we might glorify our God with a thankful heart. In our passage from Luke 17 with the ten lepers that were healed, only one comes back to offer thanks to the Lord Jesus with worship and thanks to Him. Paul said in 1 Thessalonians that in everything give thanks because it's God's will for your life of worship. We also hope like Paul to the Corinthians in Corinthians 4 to serve the Lord in such a way that the Spirit will use it by His grace to cause others to be thankful to God.
