There is an obvious battle for the truth today in a day of confusion and tension. Jude reminds us that we are to defend the truth since there are always many wolves that roam. Jude gives us a profile of apostates or false teachers. In verses 3-11, these false teachers are deceptive, ungodly, they have unbiblical doctrine, they are dreamers that imagine things, they tend to be immoral, they reject Christ's authority, they revile angelic majesties and are brute beasts bringing into mind OT apostates.
