We live in a hard-hearted world where people are suspicious of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It really isn't new as seen with Paul trying to give the Gospel to the government dignitaries to whom he was in bondage. Paul knew two things that he was told by the Lord to go to Rome and that he was to continue to give out the Gospel. Paul would be heard by a crowd of unbelievers including the last of the Herods, the infamous Herod Agrippa II and his sister Bernice. Paul would get the blessing of telling these people his testimony and the Gospel, even to a man that didn't want to be convinced.
