Extremes Of Christmas

We live in a day of extremes when people want and demand more of everything.  But, often we do not see the great extremes during the time when Jesus came into the world.  Because people are such extreme sinners, the Lord Jesus Christ came in the nick of time to come and save the lost.  We needed an extreme sacrifice by the King Of Glory humbling Himself and coming into the world and an even greater sacrifice by going to the cross of Calvary to be our substitute for our sin.  There was and is extreme joy for all that know the Savior including those that were there surrounding the birth of Christ.
