Crucial Calling Of Holiness

Isaiah was so right when he declared "Holy, Holy, Holy" about the Lord.  We are moved that God is holy not only in His person, but it is seen by all that He does.  God is holy in His might and does not crush us out of cosmic anger.  He is holy in His justice and will keep His promises and always will righteously make all the right decisions.  God calls His people saints, even though we are not always what we should be, but He is working to make us what we ought to be.  True Christians will pursue holiness and will seek to please the Lord as we are progressively sanctified.  It is not enough to just try to turn from sin, but we also must pursue godliness.
